Same name you trust: Team Financial FCU will continue operating under its current name, now as a division of Cy-Fair FCU.
System integration ahead: Over the coming months, systems will be integrated to provide seamless access to an expanded range of products and services available through Cy-Fair FCU.
Minimal account changes: Some account numbers may need to be updated and new debit cards issued. If action is required, we’ll notify you in advance with clear instructions.
Facility enhancements: Team Financial facilities will receive upgrades to better serve members.

Will I be able to use both TFFCU and CFFCU locations?
Not yet—but soon. Until system integration is complete, TFFCU members should continue using the TFFCU branch located at 2190 N Loop W, Suite 108. Once integration is finalized, TFFCU members will be able to use all Cy-Fair FCU and Prairie View FCU Financial Centers, as well as the nationwide shared branching network and surcharge-free ATM network.

What Routing Number should I use?
Continue to use the Routing Number associated with your current TFFCU account until the system integration with Cy-Fair FCU is completed.

Is my member/account number changing?
Several of our TFFCU member account numbers will need to be adjusted to prevent duplication as TFFCU and CFFCU accounts are merged into a single system. We will notify these members and make every effort to keep the impact of the changes as minimal as possible.

Do I need to order new checks?
Not at this time. Continue using your existing TFFCU checks. If your account number or routing number changes during system integration, you will need new checks that reflect the updated information.

What happens to my debit card?
Continue to use the debit card associated with your current TFFCU account. We will notify members and reissue debit cards when it becomes necessary to do so.

What if I have direct deposit set up?
No changes are needed right now. Once account and/or routing number changes occur during system integration, members will be notified to update their direct deposit information.

When can TFFCU members start using CFFCU’s Online and Mobile Services?
CFFCU's Online and Mobile Banking will be available to TFFCU members once the system integrations are fully completed. We will provide details on how to enroll once these become available for TFFCU members.

When will the CFFCU’s Contact Center be available to assist TFFCU members?
The Cy-Fair FCU Contact Center will be able to assist TFFCU members following the completion of the system integrations. Until then, please utilize the direct phone line for the TFFCU branch.

Can I transfer money between TFFCU and CFFCU accounts?
While there are some alternative means to accomplish this, you will not be able to do so directly through the TFFCU and CFFCU account platforms until the system integrations are completed.

Where should I mail loan payments?
Continue to mail loan payments to the same address you have been mailing them, until further notice.

Will my rates change?
Rates on existing fixed-rate loans and certificates will remain the same until the end of their term. New loan and certificate rates will be quoted at the current Cy-Fair FCU rates, which are established based on market conditions.

Will either of the credit union names change?
Both Credit Unions will continue to maintain their current identities. Team Financial Federal Credit Union will keep its name and be considered as a division of Cy-Fair FCU.

Will TFFCU contact information change?
TFFCU will maintain its own direct line, but once the system integrations are complete TFFCU members will be able to utilize all of the same communication options that CFFCU members currently enjoy. Some changes for phone, mail and email may occur at a later date.
