Beginning in January 2018, members will be able to make deposits after-hours at any of Cy-Fair FCU’s Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) located in the drive-thrus! Once this feature goes live, to make an after-hours deposit at the drive-thru ITM you will simply insert your debit card to start, then follow the quick and simple on-screen instructions.
With the latest drive-thru ITM upgrade, these machines will provide all the functionalities of the old ATMs, and more! This eliminates our need for the upkeep of a dated technology, and therefore in January 2018 we will also be decommissioning our ATMs.

For members who use MemberLine (CFFCU’s audio response service) to manually access your account through audio dial options, the phone number is changing. We will be consolidating this number in with our main line, so please be advised that our current member contact line will soon change...

At Cy-Fair FCU we appreciate your time. As a result we look for ways to improve ease of use and convenience. Our latest improvement provides a new option for paying your Cy-Fair FCU loans!
Soon, Cy-Fair FCU members will be able to login to their CFFCU Online Banking and conveniently schedule payments to be made on their Cy-Fair FCU loans* using funds pulled directly from another financial institution account, from a debit card or from a credit card. Scheduling a Cy-Fair FCU loan payment through this online banking service is simple, plus, you can set up recurring payments so you won’t have to worry about whether you remembered to make a payment!
Please note that Cy-Fair FCU does not charge a fee for this service when you sync the transfer of funds directly from a separate checking or savings account. However, should you choose to use a debit card or credit card instead of setting up a transfer directly from a separate account, then a fee is charged to cover the card processing fee.
This new add-on service within Cy-Fair FCU’s Online Banking should be available in January.
*This new service can apply payments on most CFFCU loan types, excluding CFFCU Credit Cards and Mortgages. Maximum payment amount is $9999.99. A credit card processing fee must be charged when a credit card or debit card is used instead of setting up funds to transfer directly from another account.
