Your sensitive information is already maintained in our secured technology systems, so there would never be any situation where we would request ask you to update or confirm your personal information such as name, social security number, date of birth, account number, credit/debit card numbers, expiration dates, and Personal Identification Numbers (PINs). You should not respond to any e-mail or telephone request for personal information about your Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union account.
