Collector
(Jones Road Branch Only) |
CFFCU is currently recruiting for Collector to join our
Financial Services team at our main office on Jones
Road. This position is instrumental to our recovery
efforts of delinquent loan accounts, bankruptcies,
charge-offs, etc. Our Collectors must be able to
demonstrate an unfailing commitment to high service
standards and have the ability to effectively
communicate with our members in an effort to minimize
our losses. Two to five years collections experience,
preferably in financial services, is required. Hours
are: Mon-Fri 8:15am-5:15pm; alternating Fridays
9:15am-6:15pm and every other Saturday 8:45am-1:15pm.
Occasional overtime is required.

Call Center
Representative
(Jones Road Branch Only) |
CFFCU is currently recruiting for two Call Center
Representatives (CCR) to join our Financial Services
team at our main office on Jones Road. This position is
primarily responsible for responding to member inquiries
and requests via telephone, including but not limited to
information regarding the CU products and services,
member account issues, processing loan applications by
phone, etc. Our CCRs must be able to demonstrate an
unfailing commitment to high service standards and have
the ability to effectively communicate with our members
over the telephone. Experience in a call center
environment is preferred; however, training is available
for the right candidate! Hours are: Mon-Fri
8:15am-5:15pm; alternating Fridays 9:15am-6:15pm and
every other Saturday 8:45am-1:15pm.

Financial Services
Representative
(Jones Road Branch Only) |
Our Financial Services Representatives (FSR) are
responsible for identifying the financial needs of our
members and offering solutions to enrich their lives.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to
analyzing loan applications and making credit decisions
based on member’s financial situation and lending
guidelines; opening new accounts, including IRA and
certificate accounts and more. Answers inquiries
regarding products and services and matches the best
products to the member. Qualified applicants must have
1-2 years prior experience in both lending and member
services/new accounts. Hours are: Mon-Fri 8:15am-5:15pm;
alternating Fridays 9:15am-6:15pm and every other
Saturday 8:45am-1:15pm.

Teller Supervisor
(Ranchstone Drive-thru Only)
|
This leadership position is at our remote Ranchstone
drive-thru across from our main branch on Jones Road.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to
coaching, mentoring and leading a staff of 4-5 direct
reports. The Teller Supervisor performs all of the
Teller functions on a daily basis and is responsible for
solving or helping to solve escalated member service
issues/concerns and/or help with complex member
inquiries and work-related matters. Responsible for
cross training or assigning cross training of incoming
Tellers; preparing and conducting performance reviews
and performance coaching/counseling as required;
forecasting staffing needs with the for the specific
branch, including but not limited to developing and
coordinating Teller schedules to ensure adequate
staffing. Responsible for balancing ATM, cash
dispensers, and vaults. Provide back-up leadership to
Teller Supervisors at other branches as needed. Two to
five years of similar or related experience; proven
leadership experience is a must. Hours are M-F
6:45am-3:45pm and every other Saturday 8:45am-1:15pm.

CFFCU is currently recruiting for various part-time
Teller positions. Our Tellers have continual contact
with our members and must be able to demonstrate an
unfailing commitment to high service standards. Primary
responsibilities include identifying the member’s
financial service needs and taking the necessary steps
to offer prompt, accurate professional and appropriate
solutions by utilizing CFFCU products and services;
performing a high volume of financial transactions;
balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift and
other related duties.
